By submitting a dispatch request to SUPACRIT you agree to the terms below. If you don't, don't submit. Call us — we figure things out.

Service

SUPACRIT carries documents and parcels by bicycle within the Portland service zone published on the Service Map. We confirm pickups by phone within two minutes during operating hours.

Pricing

Quotes are returned at submission and are fixed for the dispatch. No surge pricing. Distance is computed great-circle between pickup and dropoff; the first two miles are included.

What we carry

Sealed envelopes and parcels under the published size limits. We do not carry:

• Cash, firearms, controlled substances, or hazardous materials.
• Living animals.
• Anything that won't fit in a courier bag or strap to a rear rack.

If a rider declines a pickup that violates these terms, we'll let you know on the phone.

Liability

Our coverage for items we carry is the lesser of the documented declared value or $200. For higher-value packages, contact dispatch for a separate insured quote.

Cancellation

You can cancel a dispatch any time before it transitions to picked up. Cancellations after pickup are billed in full at the quoted rate.

SMS

By providing a phone number on the dispatch form, you consent to receive transactional SMS at confirmation, pickup, and delivery. Reply STOP to opt out; HELP for help. Standard message and data rates may apply.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Oregon, USA. Disputes are resolved in Multnomah County, OR.
